Addicted to Chroming
It is not often that we see advertisements for web browsers. Some of us don't see them as products since they are free. Though they are free, the providers still obtain value through their search engine advertising. For example, if you type anything into the Google Chrome address bar and hit enter, it will return results using the Google search engine. Google then gets paid from users clicking onto advertisements etc. Firefox and Internet explorer now use the Google search engine, so now Google pays both of them a percentage for referrals. In the past, Firefox and Internet explorer sided with other search engines such as Yahoo, Ask Jeeves and Bing. The providers of these web browsers also obtain value because the browser promotes their brand.
Here are some stats showing the increasing adoption of Google Chrome.

In my opinion, Google Chrome is by far the best web browser out there. I used to use Firefox when it was still Firefox 1 and 2. Back then I used to think Firefox was the bomb because it was faster than Internet explorer. Then some incompetent developers came out with Firefox 3 and butchered it. Luckily for me, that was when Google Chrome was born. The problem with Firefox 3 is that it is too "heavy", by which I mean it has too many features crammed into it. Consequently, Firefox uses up too much of the computers resources and ends up becoming really slow. Google Chrome is simple and "light". Personally, the speed of the web browser is very important. If I don't know something, I want to be able to Google it immediately. I don't want to have to wait 20 seconds for the web browser to load all these useless toolbars and background services.
What do you think? Which web browser do you use?
If you have not tried Google Chrome yet, I highly recommend it. (No, I am not being paid by Google)
